After a long period of dormancy, seven years have passed since the 2019 release of CITY BABY ATTACKED BY BUDS. Now, in their 30th anniversary year, the band is releasing their first full-length album since S. Park Sweden joined the lineup!The new album from HARDCORE GRASS HOPPERS, ROCKY & The SWEDEN, is finally complete.
Although there were some lineup changes after the previous release, the band has traveled extensively both in Japan and abroad, steadily solidifying their footing while writing a collection of gem-like tracks. Many of the songs have already become staple tunes in their live shows, and devoted fans will surely find them familiar. With their current stage presence included, this lineup is the one that was destined to create their greatest work to date—it’s no exaggeration to say that the band has spent the past 30 years tuning themselves for this moment.
