ROCKY&TheSWEDENの30周年イヤーとなる2026年、20年以上振りに1stアルバムが正規再発！
バンド黎明期となる1998年。ジャパニーズ・ハードコア屈指の名曲"SMOKING SLUGGER"で幕を開ける大名作、「Total Hard Core」が生まれ落ちた。リリース当時相当枚数が世に出回ったようだが、2005年には海外のPartners In Crimeからアナログ盤の再発がされた。そしてそこから更に20年以上の時を経て、初のCDとしての再発が叶った。当然最新リマスターを施し、ボーナストラックとして収録されたBURNING AGAINはオリジナルリリース時のレコ発で配布されたスプリット音源からの抜粋で、アルバムと同時にレコーディングされていたもの。言わば「Total Hard Core」のアウトテイクトラックである。装丁は30周年記念スペシャルエディションとなっているため、以後の再プレスの際には変更となる可能性あり。

In 2026, the 30th anniversary year of ROCKY & The SWEDEN, their long-awaited 1st album is being officially reissued for the first time in over 20 years!
Back in 1998, during the band’s formative years, the masterpiece Total Hard Core was born—opening with “SMOKING SLUGGER,” one of the most iconic songs in Japanese hardcore history. Although a significant number of copies circulated at the time, the album was reissued on vinyl overseas by Partners In Crime in 2005. And now, more than two decades after that, Total Hard Core is finally being reissued on CD for the very first time.
Naturally, the album features a brand-new remaster. The bonus track “BURNING AGAIN” is taken from the split release that was distributed at the release show; it was recorded during the same sessions as the album, making it essentially an outtake from Total Hard Core.
The packaging is presented as a 30th Anniversary Special Edition and may be subject to change in any future repressings.
