よくあるオールスターバンドのような色物扱いをする事なかれ。地に足の着いた活動と、挨拶代わりのCDで覚悟のほどは証明済みとは思うが、渾身の楽曲を7インチフォーマットに落とし込み、改めてシーンに大きな軌跡を残す。シーンの成熟に大きく寄与してきた彼らそれぞれの活動はDownwardのバックボーンとして力強く機能し、王道過ぎず、奇をてらい過ぎず、絶妙なバランスで新しい切り口のハードコアを創り上げた。

Star-studded band Downward has released their first 7" via BREAK THE RECORDS.
Their lineup consists of members from MEANING, A.O.W, VVORLD, ORION and more, but they are far from pretentious. Their involvement in the community and CDs already prove their impact on the scene, but the way the band has hammered down all their might onto this 7" is another sign of a new impact. Downward approaches hardcore with an exquisite balance between the classic and unconventional. Surely each member's personal contributions to the scene also contributes to the total band's backbone and eventually, to a new trajectory for the hardcore scene.
