北浦和のパーティー・モンスター・ハードコア、ORIONが結成20周年を記念したアルバムをリリース！
元々激情やNEW SCHOOLといったサウンドを目指していたであろうORION。勿論その片鱗はあるし、今もそうだと言っても差し支えないサウンドだ。ただORIONがバンドとして持つ空気感が単純にはそれを許さない。どれだけ叙情的な楽曲だろうと、哲学的な歌詞を歌おうと、パーティーが拭いきれない。どうしても本能が隠し切れないのだ。これは処世術としては二流だが、これこそがORIONがORIONたる所以である。
1stアルバムから10年が経った。そして今作はこれまでの楽曲を再構築したもの。数が多いので全ての列挙はしないが、ゲストボーカルとして盟友たちがずらっと並ぶ。まさにセルフタイトルを付けるに相応しい、20周年を総括するベストアルバムと言える作品である。

Party monster hardcore ORION celebrates their 20th anniversary with this release!
Hailing from Kita-Urawa, north of Tokyo, ORION started off as a band aiming to stride along the genres of SKRAMZ or NEW SCHOOL. Traces of those roots remain, but the band’s atmosphere has grown to embrace something else. No matter how emotive their melodies or philosophical their lyrics, they can’t hide that they are also a party band by instinct. If this were a test of easy introductions, their blending of fun with seriousness might be a second-rate way of getting along with everyone; but this is who ORION are.
With 10 years passed since their 1st album, this release includes reconstructions of their previous songs. These include many guest appearances from the band’s friends on vocals, too many to list. This 20th anniversary release which sums up their entire history, is truly deserving of its self-title.
